Job Description

Seeking a trauma-informed licensed clinician in Nebo/Morganton, NC for full-time work.

  • Master’s Degree and NC licensure (associate or full) required.
  • Preferred qualifications include rostered participation in TF-CBT, NC Child Treatment Program, or national certification; experience with substance use treatment and traumatized children is also preferred.
  • Salary starts at $50,000 annually, based on experience and education.

  • The clinician will provide assessment, therapy (e.g., Trauma-Focused CBT, Family Centered Treatment), case management, and collaborate with other providers and agencies.
  • This in-person role does not offer remote work.
  • Organization has a long history in child advocacy, operates North Carolina’s first foster community, and manages multiple Children’s Advocacy and Treatment Centers across the state.
