Job Description

We are seeking a PRN Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for 8 hours/week (Tues, Wed, Fri), with a focus on urgent care and occupational medicine.


  • Provide comprehensive urgent care and occupational health services, including assessments, diagnoses, treatment, and injury management.
  • Perform procedures like suturing, wound care, and interpret lab/radiology tests.
  • Conduct physicals, promote health, and refer patients as needed.
  • Document care accurately in EMR.


    • Requirements include active West Virginia NP/PA license, BLS, 3+ years NP/PA experience, 4+ years urgent care/emergency medicine, with preferred occupational medicine and DOT certifications. Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential.
