We are seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide comprehensive care across all ages in a rural community setting.
Conduct physical exams, health assessments, and develop individualized care plans. Perform diagnostic evaluations, interpret lab results, and administer medications and vaccinations. Manage chronic conditions through patient education and support. Collaborate with healthcare team members and maintain accurate documentation per HIPAA standards. Utilize EMR/EHR systems and participate in telehealth and clinical research activities. Requirements include a Master’s degree in Nursing, current licensure, and certification as an FNP, with preferred experience in procedures and familiarity with coding and behavioral health. Located near Jacksonville, FL, in a low-cost, safe town with excellent schools, the role involves in-office practice with no hospital duties. The position offers a full-time schedule with benefits, including 401(k), health insurance, and paid time off, with a salary range of $110,000-$130,000 annually.
