Job Description
The Primary Care Practitioner is a full-time, exempt role responsible for delivering primary care services to patients and overseeing clinic operations and staff.
They will coordinate with the Behavioral Health Director to address patients’ health needs across their lifespan, including diagnosing, prescribing medications, developing treatment plans, and educating patients.
Qualifications include a degree in Primary Care Services with an unrestricted APRN license, at least three years of primary care experience, prescribing privileges, and strong communication skills. Supervisory experience is preferred.
