Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide podiatry-focused care in skilled nursing, long-term care, and rehabilitation facilities throughout West Central Arkansas, including Russellville, Atkins, and Dardanelle.
This facility-based role offers a supportive, team-oriented environment with no call or weekend shifts, allowing for a healthy work-life balance. Travel is regional with mileage reimbursement, and training is provided.
Key responsibilities include providing comprehensive wound care, delivering podiatry services, collaborating with facility staff, documenting clinical findings, monitoring patient progress, and educating staff and patients on foot and wound care.
Qualifications include an active Arkansas license, interest or experience in podiatry and long-term care, strong assessment and communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Certifications like Foot Care or Wound Care are a plus but can be obtained during training.
