Seeking a Family Medicine Primary Care Provider to offer comprehensive healthcare to patients of all ages, focusing on prevention, diagnosis, and treatment.

Responsibilities include managing overall patient wellness, providing education, collaborating with healthcare teams, maintaining detailed records, and participating in after-hours on-call rotations.

Qualifications: Medical degree from an accredited school, residency in Family Medicine, board certification or eligibility, valid Vermont medical license, and preferably experience in primary or community health.

Work in a community-based, non-profit FQHC serving underserved areas, emphasizing patient-centered, team-based care with access to additional services like behavioral health and outreach.

Compensation ranges from $100,000 to $180,000 annually, with benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and flexible schedules.

Full-time, contract roles available, requiring in-person work.
