Family Practice Physician – Critical Access Hospital

Job Description

Seeking a full-time Family Practice Physician (MD or DO) to join a 25-bed critical access hospital serving Wisconsin’s Northwoods community.

Work 4 weekdays in Shell Lake or Siren, with rotating ER call (4-6 nights/month) and hospital rounding, providing diverse patient care including diagnoses, treatments, and emergency response.

Requirements include US board certification, WI licensure or in progress, current DEA, and certifications in BLS, ACLS, ATLS (PALS and CALS preferred).
