Seeking a Full-Time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide high-quality mental health services within an integrated care setting.
Responsibilities include collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, assessing and diagnosing mental health and chronic conditions, designing and delivering evidence-based interventions, and coordinating care with community resources.
Must maintain licensure, participate in team efforts, ensure timely documentation, and contribute to clinic quality goals. Flexibility to perform after-hours and outreach at community sites is required.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree in MFT or related field, current California LMFT license, and strong interpersonal, communication, and technical skills. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
