Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Therapist (Residential Treatment) with a starting salary of $70,000/year, with potential for higher based on qualifications.
Responsible for assessing clients, developing treatment plans, providing individual, group, and family therapy, and coordinating services with community agencies. Leads treatment team efforts, mentors staff, and ensures client safety and progress through documentation and crisis intervention. Maintains communication with families, community resources, and regulatory agencies, and manages discharge planning and aftercare. Requires a Master’s degree in a related field, at least 2 years of experience with children/families, and relevant licensure (preferably LPCC).
