The Master’s-Level Clinician specializing in American Sign Language/English provides outpatient mental health services, including assessments, individual, couples, family, and group therapy in both clinic and community settings.
Responsibilities include serving as the primary clinician, developing treatment and crisis plans, linking clients to culturally appropriate services, and supporting evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing. The role involves coordinating home visits, maintaining contact with families, and developing aftercare plans. Flexibility for urgent appointments and after-hours consultation is required.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree in a related field eligible for LMHC or LICSW, two years of outpatient experience, bilingual fluency in ASL and English, proficiency with electronic health records, and strong communication skills. Preference for candidates with experience serving diverse populations.
