Seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with at least 1 year of experience in wound care for a mobile role in Charlottesville, VA.

This full-time or part-time position offers a flexible schedule, typically ending by 5:00 pm, with no after-hours work. Compensation ranges from $125,000 to $130,000 annually, with potential for higher pay based on experience.

Responsibilities include providing advanced wound evaluations, treatments, and follow-up, collaborating with healthcare teams, documenting via EMR, and educating patients and caregivers.

Qualifications include Virginia licensure, strong clinical skills, and good communication. Home health experience is a plus.
