Job Description

We are seeking a reliable Weekend RN Supervisor to provide clinical leadership during weekend shifts at a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center.

  • Provide supervision and support to nursing staff, ensuring high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance.
  • Oversee daily operations, monitor resident conditions, and communicate with healthcare providers.
  • Manage medication, documentation, infection control, and staffing issues in real time.
  • Act as the clinical decision-maker and promote teamwork and professionalism.

    • Qualifications include: current RN license in NM, prior supervisory or weekend leadership experience preferred, strong assessment and communication skills.
