Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA), or Medical Director (MD) with a passion for wound care to join our mobile team in Charlottesville, N. Virginia (Alexandria), or Virginia Beach.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide advanced wound assessments, treatments, and follow-up care in patients’ homes and care facilities.
Perform bedside procedures such as debridement and dressing changes.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care.
Document encounters accurately using EMR systems.
Educate patients and caregivers on wound management and prevention.
Contribute to reducing rehospitalizations and complications.
Qualifications:
Virginia-licensed NP or PA; wound care experience preferred but training provided.
Strong clinical assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
Home health experience is a plus.
Offerings:
Hourly pay between $55–$70 based on experience.
