Job Description

The Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) provides expert Family-Centered Care for infants and toddlers up to age 2, delivering primary, acute, chronic, and critical care.
In collaboration with healthcare teams, the NNP conducts assessments, diagnoses, treats, and manages illnesses, orders and interprets labs and imaging, prescribes medications, and offers health education and counseling.
The role emphasizes family advocacy, culturally sensitive care, and shared decision-making.
Leadership in care management, participation in quality improvement, adherence to safety protocols, and utilization of informatics are key responsibilities.
The NNP serves as a mentor, contributes to professional development, and influences policy and practice through leadership roles.
Requirements include a BSN, MSN with NNP certification, RN and APRN licensure, and experience in neonatal settings.
Full-time or part-time roles with comprehensive benefits are available in Aurora, CO, requiring relocation and in-person work.
