Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive primary care across diverse patient populations, including pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics.

Perform physical exams, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions.

Utilize EMR/EHR systems like Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth, and eClinicalWorks for documentation, coding, and billing.

Coordinate referrals to specialists and interpret diagnostic tests to guide treatment.

Educate patients on health topics such as nutrition and weight management.

Ensure HIPAA compliance and infection control best practices.

Requirements: 1+ year NP experience, APRN license, proficiency with EMR/EHR systems, and managing common chronic conditions.
