Seeking full-time and part-time physicians (Internists, Physiatrists, Hospitalists, Geriatricians) for in-person, on-site roles in Eugene, OR.

Offers a salary range of $200,000–$250,000 (up to $265,000 with bonuses), based on days worked (most providers work four days/week).

Specializes in post-hospitalization and geriatric care within skilled nursing facilities across Oregon and Washington.
