Job Description

Seeking a board-certified Hematology and Medical Oncology physician to join a respected team in Northern California, offering a balanced work-life environment between San Francisco, Napa Valley, and Sacramento.

Responsibilities include providing advanced care for diverse hematology and oncology patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and participating in active tumor boards and clinical trials.

Support includes medical assistants, nurse navigators, social services, genetic counseling, and on-site radiology, infusion, and radiation oncology services.

Schedule: 36 patient-facing hours, 4 indirect hours, 5 days/week with one weekend on-call/month, managing outpatient and inpatient care with a typical patient load of 1-2 new and 12 follow-up patients daily.

Qualifications: MD/DO, board-certified or eligible, licensed in California, with experience in hematology/oncology; strong communication and teamwork skills.
