Job Description
The OB/GYN position is a full-time, exempt role based at a medical clinic in Bay City, TX, reporting to the CEO.
Licensed, board-certified physician specializing in women’s health, pregnancy, and reproductive care. Responsible for diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of female health issues, including cancer screenings, hormonal, urinary, and pelvic disorders, as well as prenatal, delivery, and postpartum care. Supervises clinical staff, ensures compliance with standards, and coordinates with community and hospital resources. Engages in patient counseling, health program planning, and community outreach; participates in quality improvement initiatives and certification efforts. Provides on-call support, clinical leadership, and ongoing staff education. Requirements: Medical license in Texas, graduate of accredited medical school, board certification, strong organizational and communication skills, and ability to manage multiple projects.
