Job Description

The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) evaluates, diagnoses, and treats speech, language, social communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in children and adults.

They develop individualized treatment plans, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure culturally responsive, inclusive care.

Essential duties include conducting assessments, providing therapy, training team members, and engaging families.

Candidates should hold relevant licensure, with experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, and demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and cultural humility skills.

The role involves clinical and educational settings, travel for training and client services, and adherence to core values of integrity, respect, acceptance, accountability, and grace.
