Speech Language Pathologist

Job Description

Seeking a flexible part/full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a busy outpatient pediatric clinic.
Must have a valid Mass License, be team-oriented yet able to work independently, with a 4-day work week (no weekends or holidays).
Salary negotiable for the right candidate, with additional compensation options.
Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, providing therapy, collaborating with families and professionals, supervising SLPA’s, and maintaining documentation.
Ideal candidates are dependable, detail-oriented, adaptable, and people-focused.

Schedule typically runs from 8 AM to 6 PM, with hours averaging 25-35 per week. A Master’s degree is required.
