Job Description

This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist role involves providing direct patient care to improve speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing functions within a skilled nursing facility setting.

  • Evaluates and treats patients, develops treatment plans, and communicates progress to interdisciplinary team members and families.
  • Performs comprehensive assessments, documents services accurately, and manages billing and regulatory compliance.
  • Supervises clinical staff, assists in professional development, and contributes to a positive facility culture.
  • Ensures safety practices and maintains equipment and work areas in safe condition.
  • Requires a Master’s degree, CCC-SLP certification, California state license or candidate status, and 2-3 years of rehab experience.
