This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist role involves providing direct patient care to improve speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing functions within a skilled nursing facility setting.
Evaluates and treats patients, develops treatment plans, and communicates progress to interdisciplinary team members and families.Performs comprehensive assessments, documents services accurately, and manages billing and regulatory compliance.Supervises clinical staff, assists in professional development, and contributes to a positive facility culture.Ensures safety practices and maintains equipment and work areas in safe condition.Requires a Master’s degree, CCC-SLP certification, California state license or candidate status, and 2-3 years of rehab experience.Offers competitive pay ($65-$75/hr), health benefits, and relocation assistance.
