Seeking a motivated *Speech Therapist* to join a compassionate team in a person-centered, small-home environment on a scenic campus in Cicero, NY.
Evaluate and treat residents with diverse diagnoses following physician’s orders. Provide skilled speech, voice, swallowing, and language therapy using evidence-based techniques. Maintain thorough documentation, develop care plans, and set personalized goals. Screen residents, offer consultations, and collaborate with healthcare professionals. Support quality improvement, participate in staff training, and ensure compliance with policies. Work efficiently, adapt to changing needs, uphold confidentiality, and deliver excellent customer service. This full-time role offers a competitive salary ($70,000-$90,000) and benefits including 401(k), health insurance, paid time off, and more.
