We are seeking a dedicated and energetic *Speech-Language Pathologist* to join a locally owned home health care agency with over 20 years of community service in Sacramento.
Licensed in California with an MS in Speech Language Pathology and at least one year of full-time experience. Current CPR certification, a licensed and insured driver, with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and patient transition planning skills to meet complex medical and social needs. Highly organized, proactive, and capable of creating effective care plans while identifying delays or quality issues.
