Job Description
Seeking a licensed Master’s-level counselor with at least two years of experience in therapy, crisis intervention, and trauma-informed care for diverse at-risk populations, including women and children.
Responsibilities include conducting mental health assessments, facilitating individual and group counseling, developing treatment plans, responding to crises, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications include active Maryland LCPC licensure or eligibility, strong communication skills, cultural humility, and experience in community-based settings. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
