About the Role:

We are seeking a Certified Nurse Practitioner to provide specialized infectious disease care in Macomb, IL. This part-time position offers flexible hours (8-40 per week) with a day shift schedule, requiring in-person work within a 12-20 mile radius.

Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with patients and multidisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans
• Conducting assessments, diagnoses, and treatments based on evidence-based guidelines
• Creating weekly rounding schedules for facilities
• Maintaining accurate medical records

Qualifications:

• Certified Nurse Practitioner (required)
• Preferably 2+ years in Skilled Nursing facilities
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and travel locally
