Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Job Description

Seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with at least 1 year of experience for a mobile wound care role in Charlottesville, VA.

**Responsibilities include:**
– Conducting on-site wound assessments, treatments, and follow-ups
– Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure quality care
– Documenting patient encounters via EMR
– Educating patients and caregivers on wound management
– Contributing to care planning to reduce rehospitalizations

**Schedule & Compensation:**
– Full-time or part-time, flexible hours, typically ending by 5:00 pm
– Salary ranges from $125,000 to $130,000 annually, negotiable based on experience

**Qualifications:**
– Virginia license as NP or PA
– Strong assessment and communication skills
– Driver’s license; home health experience is a plus
