Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our healthcare team in a coastal community.

Provide comprehensive care for patients of all ages, including physical exams, assessments, diagnostics, and health education.

Develop individualized care plans and interpret diagnostic tests to support patient health.

Maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations and promote wellness and disease prevention.

Work collaboratively within a team, demonstrating strong communication and leadership skills.

Requirements include an unrestricted Oregon NP and DEA license, a Master’s degree, and the ability to relocate with employer assistance.
