Assess, diagnose, and develop personalized treatment plans focused on hormone optimization, weight management, and athletic recovery.

Administer injections, monitor progress, and adjust therapies accordingly.

Educate patients on treatments, medications, and lifestyle changes.

Collaborate with the clinical team to deliver comprehensive care and ensure patient satisfaction.

Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to regulatory protocols.

Qualifications include an Indiana NP license, experience in hormone or functional medicine preferred, strong clinical and communication skills, and a passion for patient wellness.
