Job Description

This full-time Physician role offers no call, no ER or hospital hours, and includes comprehensive benefits such as student loan repayment, CME coverage, and work-life balance.

Position Overview: Provides oversight of APPs and clinical staff, manages patient care across all ages, and collaborates within a patient-centered medical home model.

• Patient Care (80%): Manages acute/chronic illnesses, develops care plans, makes referrals, and collaborates with local agencies. Provides leadership to improve clinic efficiency and may mentor APPs.
• Documentation (10%): Responds to messages, manages referrals, updates EMRs, and coordinates patient follow-up, emphasizing preventative care and patient education.
• General Duties (10%): Mentors staff, participates in meetings, supports quality improvement, and maintains compliance with policies and training.
  
  

Qualifications: MD or DO license in Colorado, board eligible/certified, DEA, BLS, and valid driver’s license required. Proficiency in office procedures, technology, and confidentiality essential.
