The Family Medicine Physician, supervised by the Lead Physician and Chief Medical Officer, provides comprehensive primary and urgent care to a diverse patient population, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered services.
Leads the care team, performs examinations, develops treatment plans, and manages acute and chronic conditions across all ages. Utilizes in-person, telehealth, and phone visits, ensuring documentation meets legal standards, and coordinates follow-up and referrals. Ensures compliance with regulatory and funding requirements, maintains accurate records, and participates in quality initiatives. Engages in administrative tasks, team communication, and professional development, while fostering collaborative relationships with staff and external partners. Practices cost-effective medicine and ensures timely documentation for billing and funding. Qualifications include board certification, medical license, DEA, and NPI, with proficiency in Spanish preferred. The role offers a full-time salary of $275,000–$290,000, with benefits such as insurance, loan forgiveness, and professional growth opportunities, based in North Hollywood, CA.
