Seeking an immediate full-time Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive primary care in an outpatient clinic setting.
Deliver patient-centered, evidence-based care across all ages, including assessments, diagnoses, treatments, and follow-ups. Manage acute and chronic conditions, perform preventive services, and coordinate care with specialists. Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and document in EMR systems. Supervise clinical staff, participate in quality initiatives, and ensure regulatory compliance. Require MD/DO from an accredited school, board certification/eligibility, active license, and relevant experience, especially in underserved communities.
