Job Description
The OB/GYN role is a full-time, exempt position based at a medical clinic in Bay City, TX, reporting to the CEO.
Licensed physician specializing in women’s health, pregnancy, and reproductive issues.
Provides general medical care, screenings, diagnosis, treatment, and surgical procedures related to female health conditions.
Manages prenatal, delivery, and postpartum care, monitoring both mother and fetus.
Supervises clinical staff, participates in quality improvement, compliance, and peer review committees, and coordinates with local medical providers.
Develops health programs, ensures regulatory compliance, and works toward Patient-Centered Medical Home certification.
Obtains hospital privileges for deliveries and surgeries, and engages in community outreach and after-hours on-call duties.
Requires board certification, licensure in Texas, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects.
Benefits include malpractice coverage, performance bonuses, health/life insurance, paid holidays, and sick leave. Salary ranges from $275,000 to $350,000 annually.
