Home-Based Therapist

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Home-Based Therapist to deliver intensive in-home therapy to children, adolescents, and families in Bad Axe, Michigan.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing clinical assessments and developing individualized family service plans
• Conducting regular home visits to teach parenting, model behavior management, and provide therapy
• Maintaining monthly face-to-face contact with families and acting as a liaison with community agencies
• Offering crisis stabilization and documenting progress
• Linking families to community resources and participating in program planning

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology with Michigan licensure (e.g., LLMSW, LMSW)
• At least 2 years of experience working with children and families preferred
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to complete Infant Mental Health endorsement
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
