Clinical Therapist (NEW SALARY)

Job Description

Full-time Therapist position offering a starting salary of $70,000/year, with potential for higher pay based on qualifications.

We are a growing non-profit organization dedicated to making a positive impact. The role involves assessing clients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, providing therapy, coordinating services, and leading treatment teams. Responsibilities include case management, family involvement, crisis intervention, and discharge planning.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field, along with at least 2 years of experience working with children and families. Licensure as a Kentucky LPCA or LPCC is necessary. Preferred qualifications include 3+ years of experience, leadership skills, and knowledge of mental health systems.
