Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate Speech and Language Pathologist to provide services for students aged preschool to 22 with moderate/severe disabilities.
Deliver individual and small group speech therapy addressing speech and language goals.Participate in IEPs, assessments, progress reports, and evaluations, ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines.Consult with teachers, parents, and staff on speech development, classroom modifications, and referrals.Support total communication methods, including sign language and AAC.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and maintain caseloads for billing and documentation.Engage in professional development and maintain licensure and certifications.Qualifications include a Master’s degree, valid CA credential, and preferred CCC from ASHA. The role is full-time with benefits, offering in-person work and a salary range of $68,101-$134,402 annually.
