Job Description

The school is hiring a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) to serve as a vital link between home, school, and community, addressing social, emotional, and behavioral barriers to student learning.

Core Responsibilities include:

• Providing direct student and family services, including individual/group counseling, crisis intervention, assessments, behavioral plans, and home visits.
• Managing case coordination by connecting families with community resources, collaborating with external agencies, supporting IEP and Section 504 processes, and advocating for students.
• Offering system-level support through staff consultation, policy development, and professional training to improve school climate and promote mental health awareness.

The role supports holistic student well-being across prevention, early intervention, and intensive support tiers. The position is full-time, with a salary of $55,000–$65,000, and includes health, dental, vision, and paid time off. Candidates must hold an active LCSW license, with preferred experience and the ability to supervise trainees. The work is conducted in person.
