Job Description

As a Mental Health Therapist, you will provide compassionate psychotherapy services while managing a client caseload appropriate to your licensure and skills.

  • Complete initial and ongoing mental health assessments.
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans.
  • Deliver ongoing therapy with clients.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system.
  • Collaborate with internal and external care teams to coordinate treatment.
  • Ensure timely billing for services rendered.

    • Requirements include licensure as a Psychologist, LPCC, LMFT, or LICSW. This full-time, part-time, or contract role offers a projected annual compensation of $60,000-$90,000, with flexible hours, health and vision insurance, and a hybrid remote work setting in Hibbing, MN. Candidates should have strong organizational skills, a passion for quality care, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
