Qualifications require a Master’s degree, pediatric acute care experience, and appropriate licensure/certification (e.g., FNP-BC, CPNP-AC, PA-C). BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications are mandatory. Bilingual skills and EMR knowledge are preferred.
