Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive primary care across diverse populations, including pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics. The role involves performing physical exams, diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions, and coordinating care in outpatient settings. The candidate will utilize advanced clinical skills and EMR/EHR systems like Epic, Cerner, and eClinicalWorks to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care while adhering to HIPAA and infection control standards.


  • Conduct physical examinations and health assessments for all ages.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans based on evaluations.
  • Use EMR/EHR systems for documentation, coding, and billing.
  • Coordinate referrals with specialists in various fields.
