Job Description

We are hiring a full-time *Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant* to provide podiatry-focused care in skilled nursing, long-term care, and rehabilitation facilities across West Central Arkansas, including Russellville, Atkins, and Dardanelle.

This facility-based role emphasizes high-quality, patient-centered care with no call or weekend commitments, promoting work-life balance. Travel is limited within the region with mileage reimbursement, and a supportive team environment is provided, along with training.

Key responsibilities include wound care assessment, treatment, and management; delivering podiatry services; collaborating with facility staff; documenting care; monitoring patient progress; and educating staff and residents.

Qualifications include an active Arkansas license, interest or experience in podiatry and long-term care, strong assessment and communication skills, with certifications like Foot Care Nurse or Wound Care a plus. Willingness to travel up to 50% is preferred.
