Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)/Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)

Job Description

We are seeking a full-time *LCSW or LCPC* to join our outpatient behavioral health team at our Bethalto, IL Health Center.

Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for individuals and families.

Collaborate with primary care and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.

Maintain accurate documentation, adhering to legal and regulatory standards.

Supervise and mentor medical residents or students as appropriate.

Participate in team meetings and care planning.

Deliver patient-centered care aligned with the PCMH model.

Qualifications include a Master’s in Social Work or Counseling, valid Illinois license, 2+ years of clinical experience, and knowledge of mental health treatments. Bilingual skills are a plus.
