This role involves assessing clients, developing and implementing treatment plans, providing individual, group, and family therapy, and coordinating services with community agencies. The therapist leads treatment teams, mentors staff, manages crisis situations, and ensures safety and progress toward treatment goals. Regular communication with families, documentation, discharge planning, and collaboration with mental health professionals are key responsibilities.
Requirements include a Master’s degree in a related field, two years of experience working with children and families, and valid licensure (preferably LPCC or similar). Preferred qualifications include three or more years of relevant experience and leadership skills.
