Job Description

We are immediately hiring PRN home & community-based therapists in Wichita and surrounding areas.

Requirements include a degree in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, psychology, counseling, social work, rehab therapy, or special education from an accredited institution, along with current Kansas licensure. Candidates should be organized, detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and be willing to work with diverse populations. Certification in CPR/BFA/AED or willingness to obtain training is required.

Primary duties involve evaluating clients, developing and implementing support plans, documenting activities, and participating in team meetings. Therapists will help clients maintain a preferred lifestyle through various therapies, including occupational, physical, speech-language, cognitive, and behavioral services. Flexible scheduling allows for seasonal, part-time, or full-time caseload management.
