Job Description

We are an ESOP (employee-owned company) offering staff ownership from day one and potential additional compensation based on tenure and wages. We seek full-time and per-diem *Speech-Language Pathologists* to join our team.


  • Provide speech therapy services to patients following licensure requirements.
  • Supervise assistants, rehab aides, and students as per regulations.
  • Follow safety procedures to ensure patient and personal safety.
  • Enhance professional skills through continuing education and associations.
  • Support department operations and development.
  • Communicate patient needs and status effectively to patients, families, and care teams.

    • Qualifications include a degree in Speech Language Pathology, licensure, knowledge of payer sources, CPR certification, professionalism, multitasking ability, and English proficiency. Both PRN and full-time roles are available, with pay ranging from $50 to $70 per hour. The position involves in-person work.
