Job Description
This full-time Speech Language Pathologist role involves conducting case reviews, including family interviews, chart reviews, screenings, and assessments to evaluate communication and swallowing disorders.
Utilizes observation, examinations, and specialized tests to determine treatment needs, consulting with supervisors and peers on complex cases.
Performs follow-up to ensure appropriate care and client progress.
Key skills include strong communication, confidentiality, professionalism, and a friendly demeanor. Knowledge of company policies and ability to build therapeutic relationships are essential.
Requirements:
– Master’s degree
– Oklahoma State License and ASHA certification
– Pediatric experience preferred but not required
– Must be able to commute and relocate to Tulsa, OK before starting
Compensation ranges from $46-$55/hour, with benefits such as insurance, paid time off, professional development, and retirement plan. Schedule is day shift, with flexible hours discussed during interview.
