Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our in-house therapy team, welcoming new grads.
- Evaluate, diagnose, and create tailored treatment plans for residents with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
- Provide evidence-based therapy per physician orders and facility policies.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment goals and home programs.
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in care planning meetings.
Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, current state licensure or eligibility, and CCS-CCC from ASHA (CFY candidates welcome).
