Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA-C) for a family practice in Joplin, Missouri, serving the community for over 25 years.

Our practice emphasizes patient advocacy, comprehensive, holistic care, and avoiding unnecessary referrals. The environment is designed to promote healing and staff well-being, with collaborative support from in-house physicians.

Responsibilities include providing primary care across all ages, same-day and walk-in visits, chronic disease management, preventive care, and in-office procedures such as EKGs and joint injections. The provider may incorporate regenerative medicine from our medical spa when appropriate.

Qualifications include licensure in Missouri, strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and interest in procedural skills. Compensation ranges from $130,000 to $145,000 annually, with benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, and professional development.
