Job Description

Provides ambulatory primary care services in a community-focused setting, ensuring quality and adherence to standards.
Participates in developing healthcare plans, quality improvement activities, and operational protocols.
Performs comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, orders tests, prescribes treatments, and educates patients.
Collaborates with physicians, community agencies, and staff, while contributing to quality and risk management efforts.
Engages in administrative tasks such as documentation, research, staff education, and outreach to support community health needs.
Ensures efficient organization operations, maintains compliance, and supports organizational mission for underserved populations.
Requires Missouri RN licensure and nurse practitioner certification, with strong communication, clinical, and community engagement skills.
Full-time or contract roles offering $100,000-$130,000 annually, with benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
