Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our outpatient practice in Bridgewater, NJ, offering full-time or part-time options. The role focuses on providing quality patient care with no after-hours calls or hospital rounds, supported by a strong team to reduce burnout and enhance workflow.

Responsibilities include seeing patients for sick and well visits, documenting in EMR, and leading office staff. Candidates must be MD or DO, licensed in NJ, board-certified or eligible in Family Medicine, with DEA/CDS credentials and strong communication skills.

This position offers a competitive salary starting at $220,000, with benefits such as health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) matching, loan repayment, tuition reimbursement, visa sponsorship, and more. Relocation to Bridgewater, NJ is required before starting.
