Job Description

The Family Medicine Physician provides comprehensive, patient-centered primary care in an outpatient setting, serving patients of all ages.

  • Deliver evaluations, diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up care for acute and chronic conditions.
  • Perform preventive services, screenings, immunizations, and women’s health education.
  • Manage chronic diseases such as diabetes and hypertension, and collaborate with specialists and care teams.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and document encounters accurately in EMR.
  • Participate in quality improvement, supervise clinical staff, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards.


  • Qualifications include MD/DO, residency, board certification or eligibility, active licensure, and preferred outpatient experience, especially in underserved communities.
