Family Medicine Physician

Job Description

The Family Medicine Physician provides comprehensive, patient-centered primary care in an outpatient setting, serving patients of all ages.

Deliver evaluations, diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up care for acute and chronic conditions.

Perform preventive services, screenings, immunizations, and women’s health education.

Manage chronic diseases such as diabetes and hypertension, and collaborate with specialists and care teams.

Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and document encounters accurately in EMR.

Participate in quality improvement, supervise clinical staff, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards.

Qualifications include MD/DO, residency, board certification or eligibility, active licensure, and preferred outpatient experience, especially in underserved communities.
